Jude Law is expecting his fourth child with aspiring actress and Florida model Samantha Burke, her attorney revealed on Thursday.

“Ms. Burke can confirm that she did in fact have a relationship with Mr. Law and that she has informed Mr. Law that she is expecting his child later this fall,” the lawyer told TMZ.com. “Since informing Mr. Law of the pregnancy, he has been nothing but responsive and supportive of Ms. Burke and the pregnancy.”

London’s Daily Mail reported that Jude, 36, had a fling with Samantha, 24, last year while shooting his upcoming movie, Sherlock Holmes. The two are no longer together.

On Wednesday, Jude, who has three children with ex-wife Sadie Frost, revealed that he is going to be a dad for the fourth time. Though he did not reveal the mother’s identity, his rep said he “intends to be a fully supportive part of the child’s life.”

According to Samantha’s online registry at Babies “R” Us, Samantha’s due date is October 6th. It also says that she’s expecting a girl she will name Sophia.
